KU7000 EMV1 - Multicore Sheilded cables for reduced noise on ground core - 0.6/1kv

These EMV cables utalise three power cores , sheilded on the assembly and the ground core outside of the sheild. The symmetrical disposal of the 3 phases minimizes electromagnetic flux ( with perfect geometric symmetry and perfect current symmetry the flux would be nil) and hence the irradiated wave power, further on sheilded by copper braid. Such a construction assures minimum noises and disturbs induced on the ground core.


KU7000 EMV2 - Multicore Sheilded cables for high screening effectiveness  - 0.6/1kv

These EMV2 cables ensure the power and earth cores are twisted together forming a quad construction , such a construction generates asynnetry and thus reduced compensation of electromagnetic flux and consequently wave emission. The coupling of two screens , aluminimum tape & tinned copper braid provides sheilding effectiveness both at low and high frequencies. Proper sheild design gives a rise to low trasfer impedance reducing irradiated waves.

These EMV3 cables have 3 power cores twisted together with the ground core. In fact the ground core is split into 3 ground cores placed into star areas. Screen design is adopted as per solution 2, such a construction is enhanced with respect to this solution becuase it combines the high sheilding effectiveness with remarkable electromagnetic flux reduction . Thanks to symmetric disposal of the power cores and the almost entirely disturb compensation induced on the ground cores.
